Require info regarding tamil school

I just moved from Chennai, I am looking for admission for my 6 year old kid.
After my extensive search, understand that I can place my kid only in international school, as both of us are holding only professional visa.
Can someone suggest me, if there is any private or tamil school which will admit foreign national?

Do you send your kids to private tuition after school or do you teach them yourselves? What are the pros and cons of sending kids to private tuition after school? Is it an unnecessary burden for the kids or is it seen as much needed assistance for the kids in terms of education?

A follow up to the discussion we started way back in the little india days. I found this one article dated Jan 2008 about the now famous International Irish University which i was following closely. It was quite an elaborate operation with graduation ceremonies etc.

Can someone from the education line give me some pointers about private schooling? I have been thinking about this recently as my daughter has come of enrollment age to the primary school. My current considerations are:

yes you are very right... beautiful religion isnt it, kaa? its beyond everything at the end of the day... to attain moksha... but how many of us attained that level before our athma leaves our bodyl ????

I'm a Hindu....trying to be a good Hindu now by following some of its teaching but i just couldn't understand Hisdusim fully...

Its very simply mirugam.. Believe yourself, you are the temple and your soul is god. You have to believe that god is Omnipresent.. he is everywhere.. treat him like a friend, like mother, a father, a companion and always talk to him/her. You must neva let anything to confuse you... our hinduisimn is very complex...just stick to the basics... others are all man made.

Tat's why they say hinduism is a way of life. Wat u preach is wat u shud believe in..... as human beings we r not perfect.... as long as we know wat is good and wat is bad. And lots of reading helps mirg....sumtime back i was reading on navakarangal.... and how they work in our daily lives..... the explanations r logical and it all makes sense. I normally dont follow wat i dont believe in... i will need explanations and reasons.... no point following blindly just because everyone is doing it. And i just bought the book on Bhagavat Gheeta..... yet to read it.

yes i am too.. we born as hindu and die as a hindu... we dun have to fight for our religion... but remember nobody can varnish out religion.. its the loveliest thing on earth..
