2. Do they have to dial using their own telephone lines and what assurance do they have that they will be reimbursed for the phone usage?
3. How does the salary of RM 900 - 1200 work out? Is it commission based? If it is commission based then what about those calls made that didn't result in an appointment or sale?

V Jeyaa, It is good to read a person voice out questions. Anyone can work on this project, but being a "soft task", women have been chosen.

1. Whoever is interested in Kuala Lumpur / Selangor (only) must see the product; appreciate the full demo and know the purpose of each call. Being mentally prepared and knowledgeable about the product is very important.
There is NO OBLIGATIONS to take the job or be offered the job. This is a meet each other session *** interview.

2. Assuming the candidate is chosen and accepts this offer as appointments making telephonist, only the first 10 appointments is at the telephonists expense. All calls after that is at our expense. A number is allocated and we bear the bill.

3. Every arranged for demo that becomes a sale is RM300/= commissions to the telephonist. Nothing is lost in the 3 minute calls that do not become a sale. because we bear the bill. (Do remember that the demonstrator for the product has to travel to the appointed address and each demo is a traveled trip by car and that is petrol; toll and total time taken of of up to 3 or 4 hours. The demonstrator is also on commissions.
However, the telephonist will receive 8 to 16 new names from each demo to continue her making of telephone appointments ( this process is explained when above (1) takes place.
