After my extensive search, understand that I can place my kid only in international school, as both of us are holding only professional visa.
Can someone suggest me, if there is any private or tamil school which will admit foreign national?

Re: A suggestion...
I was away actually. I know a number of you want to lose the Malaysian tag and adopt the Global tag in the forum title. But my personal preference is to leave it as it is like yankee suggests. I will tell u all why. Its coz the very URl is based on 'miec'... which stands for malaysian indian e-community. If we changed our forum title to "Global..." then the url http://miec.forum-motion.net will be meaningless.
Secondly, I felt we needed to have a local touch first, something that the Malaysian Indians can relate to or refer to. If your name says Global, then your identity is at a Global level, which can seem very far off and something that would not attract the ordinary Malaysian Indian because you sound "very distant" away.... something at a global distance. There is nothing to "anchor" them to the forum. If you think that by having a "Global" name, you can attract alot of members at the global level, think again. Most communities have their own forum in their own countries, so it gives them less appeal to want to join a global forum based in Malaysia.
Thirdly, a forum's purpose is not only for idea sharing and information sharing but also as a platform to launch some "ideas-in-action". If you remember in the old MIeC, we used to have a charity section where we got together and helped out the needy? For this to take place you need to have the local touch, not the global. So that is why we need to maintain the local touch. Malaysian first, then Global. That is the right step. Not Global first, then Malaysian.
Fourthly, lets say we adopted a "Global" name and suppose someone from outside Malaysia is looking for a forum about Malaysian Indian, then most certainly we would not be found if they looked. That is because we went global in out title.
So you see now where I'm getting at? We first have the chance to miss the local guys if they looked for a Malaysian forum because we went global and they cant "see" us as we have nothing to show them we're a malaysian forum. Then the global guys too cant "see" us if they were looking for a Malaysian Indian forum coz, we went global. See the double dilemma here? Either way, we lose.
We most certainly encourage members from outside Malaysia to join us, but we must maintain who we are first. Think locally, act globally - should be our motto. Currently we have at least 2 members outside of Malaysia ... and we need more members, both locally and outside.
Having said that, however, I still would like to hear your convincing arguments as to why this forum should be renamed "Global". Lets hear it out. Each member who comes up with a new title, should also tell what is the benefit / advantage of the new title against the old one, which is MIeC. Unless convincing arguements can be forwarded, we should not change something just for the sake of changing it. So lets hear it folks. I'm all ears.
